I have found alot of great info on Jet Blue, can anyone explain the family benefits (helth,travel...) and are the pilots unionized? Thanks...Jeff

Non union and hopefully to stay that way. Benifits are very good. PTO earned each month. Company paid LOL insurance. Dental, medical, vision, short term diability available at nominal co-pay. Travel benifits are the best in the industry including unlimited SA travel for your entire immediate family and your parents. If you're not married, you may name a significant other to travel free. Also, there is no age cutoff for your children. Also company matched 401K as well as profit sharing. Hope this answers some of your questions
