Jet Blue - Paper Application or online ?

I want to apply to Jet Blue for a couple of Non Flying positions but am debating whether I should do it online or send in a paper application to their HR Manager?

Any comments/suggestions?

Jetblue.com (work here) website is definitely the place to apply. It should be easy to follow, but let me know if you have any problems.
