i was just applying for an fcc license. i got to the end and it said the fee was $100. is that right? am i screwing something up? i'm applying for a portable license (whatever that means) for a private aircraft.

this is bullsh*t. do i need this before my interview? or for IOE? or at all? i don't wanna spend $100 if i don't have to.
