We've had it for a couple of years. I like it, for the most part.
There's a few annoying things like not being able to override the MLW in the dbase in the middle of an enroute diversion. "Sorry Capt, can't give you your fuel burn to MEM with that medical emergency, the computer says you'll land over MLW."
It is HIGHLY dependent upon your airlines hardware. The main servers (the aircraft databases, etc) remain in DEN, but the on-site hardware is critical in making sure it runs good.
Make sure you have access to jetplan.com, which will provide your backup flight planning services. It has a java applet, but uses all the same databases (routes, aircraft, etc). Pretty much a seamless transition if your main system crashes.
