Dang. Finally got a call from JB today for a Nov. 5th interview. Was all excited until the last question: "Do you have atleast 1000 hrs PIC where you were assigned to the acft?" nope. Broke my dang heart.

She put me on hold and checked. Came back and said it was a hard minimum. They seemed pretty enthused about me at the open house a few months ago. Oh well, back to my dark sim instructing job!

Congrats to all that got in!
 
I don't know where you are in your career, but why don't you get a freight 135 job? You should have about 1000 pic after a year. Good for you getting the call, I have my stuff in but no call yet. Good luck!

You've got three type ratings and 5000 plus total time. Have you only been flying FO to not have gotten 1000 pic in that time?
 
It sucks that they called you only to find out you dont meet the mins. At least you found out now then at the interview like me in 99'.
