There is a new airline starting operations this summer in Japan called "Fuji Dreams Airlines" I don't have details on pay or anything of that sort but what I know is that they will use E-170's and that foreign pilots are welcome to apply, the contractor will be PARC aviation out of Ireland. Don't know if it is a commuting or residing contract but if you are looking you should get in front of the crowd. good luck
