Just saw it on FOX news. Jal 747 @ LAX. Pretty funny actually. Left outboard engine sucked up one of those luggage containers that you would see in the bottom of a 767. It's wedged in the intake. Supposedly happened on pushback. Oops!

I wonder what the write up for that one looked like?
