JAX is a tough one.
You have Corporate Airways over at Craig. Very nice people to work for.
Nothing up in Fernandina Beach as a far as charter.
Over at JAX there is alot of corporate, but not alot of hiring.
Down in ST. Augustine there are a couple of operators that you might want to check into, BUT STAY CLEAR OF "SK LOGISTICS", by all means.
Jacksonville is a tough aviation market, but worth a shot.
