Hi everyone,

I got e-mail from my friend with Jack Henry & associates's pilot minimum. 1500TT and 200ME for their Citation Encore. Within few weeks, I will meet this minimum. Why this company's requirements are so low? What kind operation? I checked "Jack henry thread" ,,,,,,,,,not great place to be. Howabout now? Is there some change recently? Is there someone who applied already? Any new info?

I have several questions who work there or used to fly for them.

Honda 600

I understand that they have in house training- no simuflight or flight safety. I've heard they sit you in the plane and blindfold you. Then, touch a switch and tell them what the switch is for. I would'nt bother with a place like that.
But, thats me.

Good luck.

I just talked with someone who recently left there. All the posted data is accurate and up to date. You would think that severe of a cranial rectal inversion would have self cleared in two years, but I guess not...

I sent my stuffs few days ago. Nothing yet. I got something other place in my mind. I would like to find out flying job at northen CA. Is there someone who is flying for them?

Honda, not to sound like an A$$, but I take it English isn't your first language?!? Good luck.

Anyone who is operating an airplane like that and is not using sim training is definitely running their operation on the cheap.

Virturally every underwriter is mandating 12 month sim training if a company is carrying any kind of liability limits at all.

they have been a crappy operator for the last 10 years plus. i live in the area and have lots of storys. not sure if it still goes on, but they use to put people in the aisle when they ran out of seats, use to also make their own gps approaches before they were published. cp fires people who challenge him. good luck

That means an almost guarantee front cover of Pro Pilot mag. Reminds me of some of the "top notch" corporate operators that they promote.

Stay away from Jack Henry. They continuously violate regs. Their standard procedures were not chosen in the interest of safety. They have a couple really dangerous pilots that they love to promote and to top it all off they are major jerks. If you choose to work for them you will hate yourself for it and then when you leave you will hate them even more.

Unfortunately, a friend's flight department is about to be on the cover of PP. It's actually a great company and a well-run department which makes the cover shot rather puzzling. I'm just hoping for my friend's sake that it isn't like the Sports Illustrated cover curse......

The flight department at Jack Henry is very political and the management pilots have strong ties with some of the original employees of the company who have heavy influence over the current executives. Its my understanding that some of the execs who are considered outsiders are afraid to act against the flight department out of fear of retribution. All in all, its a really bad situation.

Those current executives should find a way to sell a disinterested third party audit. The report would probably scare the original employees. I am just amazed that people could exercise such unbelievably poor judgement over such an extended period of time.
