A friend and I were talking about how one pilot on a turbojet must be 60 years old or less to fly internationally as PIC. And because of this reg.(non-US), his Holiday weekend was ruined, because he had to take a last minute trip to cover another company airplane. (Both pilots were over 60).
Then he stated a JAA reg that I had never heard. And that is a JAA pilot can only hold two type ratings at one time. And the pilot must give up one to get a third type rating.
Has anyone else heard this reg?
