YTH is about 900km north of the Minnesota-Canada border. It is one of Canada's coldest cities, even though it is only around 55 degrees North latitude. Apparently we can get below -55C in the winters, and I am definetly not looking forward to that!!

I have never seen a thunderstorm with freezing rain and ice pellets before! This is bizarre and awesome!
