It's official... Lot 3 is history

Effective Tuesday, April 17, 2007, the Atlanta Airport Authority will move Lot 3 to City Hangar South (formerly the Northwest Hangar) on South Inner Loop Road. The bus sheds have already moved. Maps to the new lot are posted in each of the temporary bus sheds (white tents). The address is: 1000 S. Inner Loop Rd, Atlanta, GA 30320.

Current medallions will continue to be valid in the new lot. Additional busses will be leased to retain the current bus schedule. The new bus route is approximately 10 minutes longer.

At 0001 hrs, Tuesday, April 17, the entrance to the current Lot 3 will be locked. Cars must be removed from the current Lot 3 by 0700 hrs, Monday, April 30 or they will be towed. During April 17 – April 30, busses will enter the current Lot 3 to allow removal of vehicles parked there.
