Only in aviation does a union carrier get replaced by non union carriers without a peep from the one union that represents UAL AND AWAC. Thanks ALPA. We sure don't hear a lot from the UAL pilots about this one either. Aren't we supposed to be "brothers" or "sisters" or whatever. I'm sure if the roles were reversed we would be hearing all sorts of crap about how we have to stand side by side with our fellow ALPA siblings. They can all kiss my posterior.

Dude, Elvis, I haven't heard anyone make fun of a guy for not having a girlfriend since like 7th grade. Something to think about. Oh, by the way, ELVIS SUCKED.

I'm sure Air Wisconsin pilots are just ecstatic about having their flying replaced by 70 seaters with pilots willing to flying them for 50 seat pay....

Now you guys are starting to understand what it felt like to have our main line flying replaced by RJ's.

Can the Dash/Q400 do the Aspen route?

Sorry to interupt the pissing contest, but how does the Dash/Q400 stack up against the 146 into Aspen.

And no, I am not pulling for or speculating about any airline that flies the Dash. Just a fan of the airplane.

Thanks!

And the worst (best?) part is that a bunch of them will be pilots who currently work for Uncle Hulie and should know better. It will serve them right when they get their 24 hour "day off" after a 6 day trip. OBTW, their "day off" will be at the Evansville Holiday Inn. Then they'll b**tch about it on flightinfo. I can't wait.

Yep. Working for Hulie with a contract is a pretty poor deal. Without? 70 seat jets, 50 seat pay. And work rules that would make a Trans States FA feel thankfull.

MELIT, if you can't find a girlfriend at least you know you will always have Bluto to teabag with.

So, after taking flying away from majors by undercutting their compensation, now the regional pilots are undercutting each other.

Sad and pathetic, but predictable. I'm sure Gojets will be the JetBlue of the regionals . . . . . quick upgrade for the early-ons . . . and screw everybody else.

Has GoJets announced a payscale? Anyone know the rates? Obviously everyone will be first year. Another Ornstein. Just what the industry needs. How many of the pilots are going to be coming over from TSA? Are the TSA guys going to publish a list of the union-busters?

No payscale.....and yes we will publish the list.......
