Yeah, but wouldn't that make him a scab? How would you like it if you were out on strike and some Hollywood writer came in and flew your MSP turn??? ;)

How about when anytime there's a sit that's longer than 40 minutes, he remember who just flew that leg and has to ask whose turn it is.
Or, "do you mind flying the night legs" knowing damn well he can't see a thing.
 
Aren't we already baby sitting all the guys above 55? sometimes I feel like yelling don't freaking touch the FMS, can't relax anymore with all the crap they pull, from dropping the whole route to not being able to make crossing restriction.

Have you gone to the Chief Pilot with this? Or professional Standards? What was the outcome?
