Is NJA like FO

Can anyone tell me if NJA has the same policy as FO as far as only considering resume's with internal recommendations? I've sent and updated my resume' with them to no avail. Any constructive comments or "tricks" to get an interview will be greatly apprecited...thanx in advance...

How about a nice suit and show up in CMH. My last job prior to NETJETS I knew hundreds of pilots who just sent in a resume and waited. They could never figure out why they dint get called. So one day im like heck I'll just show up with a nice suit on and see if I can score an interview. To make a long story short. I walked in on a thursday had an interview tuesday and a job offer wed. Now before anyone flames me, yes times are different now. However, going the extra mile never hurts. Netjets is impressed with pilots that show effort. Just a thought
