Find out if their ops-specs require a SIC. If they do then find out if you can fly every other leg. Some 135 carriers won't let you fly with passengers on board..just the 91 legs. If thats the case fly the Seneca so that you get more hands on flight time and stay current.
Take the PIC multi in the Seneca. I don't care what 8410 ride you take. There is no need for an SIC in a King Air! The Regionals want to see you make some decisions. As long as you are in that King Air with a more senior aviator.....HE...is the captain. No matter who is flying. The airlines training department will teach you how THEY want you to learn crew CRM. Single pilot, multi-engine, piston popper time is the most difficult flying that a young pilot will do. That will impress a regional airline more than right seat in a KA. Believe me...I've been there!!
