Is a first class medical required?

If I'm flying passengers with a 135 charter company, do I need to maintain a first class medical by having a flight physical every six months? What if I'm flying freight and no passngers?

135 Feight - no pass. only needs a 2nd Class physical for the FAA. Check with your company as they (or their insurance) my dictate otherwise. "Keep it at the Barber Pole".
