Well, you have to admit that setting yourself on fire as a means of protest is much more civilized that setting other people on fire or blowing them up as a means of protest

Wow I might actually be able to visit Tehran in my lifetime. Keep it up kids, if they use military force, I say we should be at the border.

I would be pissed if my car was that little black one that is now scorched from these two nuts.

Ouch.

I guess George Carlin was right...this says something about the level of commitment among protesters in general in this country. Next time you see somebody protesting abortion or war in Iraq or PFT* or whatever, hand 'em a can of Unleaded and a lighter and tell them you want to see a real protest!

*Not trying to start an argument about abortion, war, or PFT. Just examples.

OK. Repeat after me, kids. If you catch on fire: stop, drop and roll.
I'm not sure about the stop, drop and roll thing after seeing one of those Jackass home stunt videos go bad. This kid lit himself on fire and jumped off the roof of his house. After the stunt, he dropped and rolled all over that yard, and it just kept on burning. Looked like it hurt. So much for douse yourself with fuel, light a fire on your back and counting on stop, drop and roll to help.

...just an opinion on self-immolation.
