It's not an excuse. Just reality. When you buy new things that aren't on the market yet, sometimes there are hold ups that are not your fault. They probably should never have said anything and just surprised everyone one day. But, then what would everyone have to complain about.
I never said the parties weren't working hard to get the EFBs out on time, I've just said that everything at this doomed sht hole is always right on the horizon. Everything that the company strives for either fails or shows up tardy. I'm not clairvoyant in calling this outcome. I'm not miss Cleo. I just go off patterns and the company's terrible reputation of being terribly terrible at getting things done. Sorry that I'm right.
