You are correct,but if the guys at JB are happy that they get to make lower wages,then what is to keep someone from starting another airline and paying 25 or 30% less it still would be good money for a commuter pilot to move to.If these start ups catch on and last and that remains to be seen,there could be no end in site as to how low mangement could go.They could just start empying the flight schools,what little sim time I have in the bus it's not much more than a video game.........something to think about?
