Hello everyone

Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jennifer and I am a student at UT Austin, working on my business degree. I am also taking lessons on the side, working on my private pilots license. I am 21 years old, and in my junior year.

I just became a member of this board and am happy to be here

I don't know if it is stated in the registration process, but it is customary for new female members to post a picture of themselves.

OOOOLAY!

Welcome to the (cough) nut house er hanger. Good luck!

You can learn a lot on this board, you just need to filter it and take a lot of it with a grain of salt. Too bad you are almost done with college I could have given you some good advice. Flying is fantastic career if you like to fly airplanes, I am still living my dream and consider myself one the luckiest guys in the world. However if you are entering flying for respect, prestige, or money you may be disappointed.

Hi there, Eric Stratton, rush chair. Dam glad to meet ya.

Go horns.......Welcome.

Forgot to add, this is a pilot board, it does not deal with reality as the world sees it. It only deals with reality of the pilot world. Only here will you see wages in the $100K/yr range refereed to a poverty level and wages of $125/yr as lowering the bar for the profession.
