I have a questions a friend was asking me about, and I wasnt sure what to tell him. He washed out of training at a cargo outfit and now has an interview at regional. What should he say if anything about it in the interview? Thanks

I’d say don’t mention anything until they (if) ask, directly. “Did you wash out of their training”? Then just tell the truth. But be prepared to explain why.
Of course if they hire you, they don’t want you to wash out either.
Some companies ask you this on their application.
