What is appropriate these days as far as interview attire for dispatch positions? It’s been awhile since I have had to interview? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! What typically do the rest of you wear on interviews? Business suit and briefcase or is a nice white shirt and tie sufficient? Thanks

Depends on the Airline IMO. I would play it safe and go with the suit. You can always take the jacket off if no one else is wearing one.
