Hello All,

Anybody ever been through the interview process with Embry Riddle at the Air Force Academy? If anyone has any info on the process it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You should call the ERAU Prescott campus HR-Flight representative. Not sure who it is, but I would go to www.erau.edu and click on either Prescott or the USAFA contract site. The DB campus used to control the hiring there, but they shifted it to Prescott last year. From what I understand, it's not a lot different than here at DB (ERAU is not very creative). Basically, an oral interview, a sim, a flight, and a written test. I would guess that something about high-altitude flight will be thrown in there given that USAFA is at 7,000' MSL.

Not totally sure, but you can bet on a 2-day ordeal with 4 events. Call Prescott for more info or call the Flight Standards Department at ERAU-USAFA. The director is David Zwegers. He'll know all about it. He takes a lot of pride in knowing everything (take it from me - he used to work here at DB...with me...closely).

Have at it.
