Well, it wouldn't be the only company with minimums that low...
 
I was hired at my airline at low time and I'm safe and competent pilot. My aircraft is way more complex than anything Skywest flies so a low timer there should be even safer.

probably got that B-1900 experience from Gulfstream. After 250 hours of being ballast, he thinks he's hot $hit because he can fly the Oh-so-challenging E-170
