I was wondering how to best answer some common interview questions.

1. What makes a good Capt. ?
2. What Makes a good F/O ?
3. The Capt. is attempting to do something that violates company or fed. Regs, how do you address it?

Friend of mine just got hired at Frontier. They have some real interesting interview questions. One was so interesting that we had to go to our Chief FA for the answers. I'll quote it so we can add a little spice to this thread.

" You are flying from Mexico City to Denver. You have a 737-800 which requires 4 FA's with the installed seats. You have only contract maintenance people avialiable and they only speak Spanish. At checkin your prettiest and most junior flight attendant checks in . She was out dancing all night and has totally lost her voice, she can't talk at all. The flight is scheduled to leave in 90 minutes. What are you going to do?????"

Have fun.

P.S. Of course as in all interview questions you are the captain.
