I do pretty well when interviewers ask me questions, but I feel like I should be asking more when they ask me if I have any questions. I come from a fractional/regional background and haven't worked with a charter company before.

Based on your experience as 135 pilots, what would you want to know about a company that you were interviewing with?

Thanks.

DON'T ASK ...
How much will I be paid?
How much time off will I get?

If they are interested in you, they'll tell you at the appropriate time.

DO ASK ...
What do you think this company's strengths are?
Does the company have a list of established clients?
What can I bring to help our mutual success?

Are you hiring for growth or attrition. If attrition, where are people going when they leave? (Correct answer is fractional or 121 - not other 135. Best answer is hiring for growth!)
