1. Captain goes below DH, what do you do?
2. You see the Captain drinking the night before, “Tall Beer” he says and offers you one - What do you do?
3. Is the Captain the final authority?
4. When do you have to make a split second decision?
5. What would you do if you are the Captain and on takeoff roll at 60kts the Flight Attendant calls you? (With a good briefing she is calling for an emergency) What is V1? Can you abort safely?

Simulator Evaluation:
ü Takeoff LGA (there are many approaches used)
ü Engine failure after takeoff (not everybody)
ü Vectors to JFK VOR
ü Hold at the VOR (1 turn)
ü Track a radial for the ILD 4 to LGA
ü Some had a full ILS approach, start at the OM, fly PT then full approach
ü Break out above Minimums
ü Missed and possible engine failure.
ü Watch for Vmc during the engine failure.
ü Land
ü Do the checklist
ü Call out altitudes, etc. (standard callouts) and pilot reports (holds, speed, etc.)
ü Approach briefing.
ü ID frequencies
ü Read back clearances
ü Do Not Over Control the sim; it is very pitch sensitive. There is a slight delay in the response.
ü Acknowledge any errors, act as if you were flying a real airplane and talk to ATC.
ü Keep your scan going all the time.
ü Practice using RMI and HIS.
