Got the invitation to interview at American Eagle. What should I expect as far as reserve, QOL, bases, pay, the ERJ? I already know about the upgrade times so no need to mention that. What are the chances of getting ORD as my base as I live in Chicago? Do guys like it at AE? Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance....

I was based in ORD on the EMJ for three years. My personal opinion is that its the best base out there, great city and good cheif pilots. QOL is going to be pretty bad until you can get off reserve. When I left back in August of this year the reserve guys were timing out every month going down to 10 days off with junior manning and extensions. I'm sure its even worse now. A few good resources for you to research further are www.eaglelounge.com and www.airlinepilotcentral.com. Have you thought about Sky West? Last time I heard ORD was a junior base, someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Good Luck. Feel free to PM me, I would be more than happy to talk with you about Eagle.
