For those of you who keep asking about coordination test in interviews, here's something with a design similar to what you'll see. The only difference is that in the interview, you do it about 4 times for 3 minutes per try.

color test

My head hurts now.

I am commfuesed. I need more coffee. I hate test lite this one

I am master!

Actually someone sent me something similar a while ago and I got all tripped up. Here is my "trick" to getting it right every time!

IGNORE the word and just read the last letter. If it says BLUE, then force your head only to look at the 'E' ... then you are thinking "what color is that E" and won't get tripped up.

I got all the colors correct and only scored 88%. I did it several times.

Are points deducted if you don't answer quickly enough?

Try it again. I think you might have missed one each time. I tried it waiting until the last possible second and still got 100% (after some practice and a sad, sad 40% or so the first time).

Also, if you take too long, it just goes to the next screen and counts it as a wrong answer. So, you'd know if you took too long because you wouldn't get to answer before the little timer bar resets the screen to new choices.
