Interview and Class Dates flexibility

A couple questions for the veterans who hopefully will have good insight.

I would like to do the group interview for Skywest in Milwaukee.

I was wondering in the scenario that they don't throw me out and offer me a position, are they flexible class dates. I'm getting married in late May (whole different thread for that one) and I don't think they would like it if I took two and a half weeks off two months after I start with them.... So the question is, should/could you ask to start with a specific class date? or would they just laugh at you and give you the door?
I was also thinking about doing an interview after the whole thing but thats several months away...

When you mention flexibility and interviewing for an airline, I'd 100% seriously have to recommend that it is you that has all the flexibility.

Get hired first, and then figure out some way (by talking to the training department, the CEO or whomever) to get married and have some time off for a honeymoon. Chances are though, they aren't going to give you much more than the day of your wedding off anyhow (I have seen it). I wouldn't suggest including it as a question you ask in your interview either, save the problems for after the "honeymoon" stage of your new job. Interviews are more of a chance for you to tell the team why they should not hire you, than they are a competition to win a job. Keep that in mind - most people loose their job after the invite to the interview, not the other way around.

Skip that man, I'll buy ya some lapdances and hard drinks - if your girl can't hang through your first airline job and/or training - just wait until the real hard times. Don't ever base a career move off of a woman!

go get married and go on your honeymoon first. Any flexibility an airline can provide is probably nowhere near what your current employer can provide (just a guess). That being said, you could always try to ask them for a specific class date, and they've done it before. It all depends on the alignment of the stars, the situation in the executive washroom, and the supply of available booze for the recruiters at their hotel....
