type in the city (It says United States, just type it in anyway) and it will come up
 
fltplan.com.... on the left side, after you sign on, you'll see QICP weather. Ive been using that.. It seems to work great.. Im in moscow right now, and ive used it the entire trip. The weather your handler gives you is great, but you usually don't get that until the morning of your departure or the night before. But I like to watch it, so I use fltplan.com.
 
Miami FSS for the immediate caribbean. Universal for Mexico, etc. I can't remember the Canadian govt's version of NOAA--there is a website.
