International pilot database

does anyone know if there is a database of pilots with overseas certificates? flew with a guy from south africa a few years ago who got licensed here in the states then went back and got his s.a. certificate. he called a month or so ago but didn't leave a callback number and i'm trying to find him. i'm looking for a database like the one on landings.com for u.s. pilots. any help would be appreciated.

If he has a current FAA medical, then his SA address should be on landings.com

as far as his international database, i really doubt there's something like that out there.
