If you are Part 121 with regular recip agreements, it's UAL, NWA, DAL, US Airways.

You have to be on the international list with Continental and American.

I don't know about any "List" but I'm with a 121 commuter. I just took a jump seat on Continental from Houston to Cancun then a few days later I hopped on AA from Cancun to Dallas. I was a little nervous when I went to the counter in Cancun and asked for the Jump seat and the lady told me I couldn't jump seat internationally. Then I remembered several other guys that have gone all over. So I asked for the sup. and she said no problem. printed me out a ticket and I was on my way, in fact the crew on AA was Awesome! One of the flight Att. invited me to first class and they treated me very well! hope this helps.
