Just came back from PVR , puerto vararta on Usa 3k, called thier soc to list, and they said that they would take care of tsa reporting requiriment??, anyway on the trip the crews could not have been nicer, great group. Although, when in mexico I asked for a jumpseat form they looked at me like I had 3 heads, they almost self-combusted.

Assume you'd would have been able to ride up front; since on some carriers their express partners are permitted to ride flight deck jumpseat if a cabin seat is not available.

Coming from overseas, you cant occupy a flight deck jumpseat now. Actually, you havent been able to since early this year.

Keep in mind you might not have been able to anyway, since a lot of overseas flights have augmented crew.

then....??

What about flights from outside of US to outside of US on a foreign carrier? (ie, ICN-NRT on Korean Air) I think I heard from somewhere that if you have at least PPL and inform the carrier in advance of departure, they might let you ride in front if you pass a back ground test. Do you know any carrier that does that for sure?
