Greetings fellow aviators/aviate-ets

I was wondering if anybody knows what you need to fly for a foreign airline such as
British Airways
Cathay Pacific
KLM

Any info would be awesome!

Assume that I'm a 737 or 57 FO or captain at a US Airline
(wishful thinking I know!)

BA and KLM would most likely require the right to live and work in the EU. Cathay takes many different nationalities and does hire some fairly low time ( relatively ) people. They have hired guys out of the regionals in the past, not sure what the competitive average is these days.

Typhoonpilot

Thanks guys... Has anyone on here done this? I've always wanted to live in HK ever since I visited. (ahh yes, United Airlines travel bennies, thank you mom!)

I think quite a few furloughed Airways guys made the jump to the far eastern carriers. I am sure typhoonpilot could be more help than most since I think he was one of them. I don't think given the state of the world that Americans are overly welcome with open arms there though..?
