I'm looking at doing some international traveling end of this year and early next year. I was wondering which cargo carriers were able to carry a CASS approved jumpseater internationally? I also have a question about whether I would have to pay departure/arrival taxes for leaving and coming to the US? And sleeping accomodations such as bunks?

Polar/Atlas will take you if your CASS. You will probably always have to pay the taxes to someone. You wont get the bunk as a jump seater. Too many heavy crews or dead headers who will obviously have priority as far as the bunks go. Atlas/Polar has an online jumpseat request. Happy travels.
