To my knowledge the 3/15 class of 11 internals cleared out all internal applicants who have satisfied the 3 yr commitment. The next class should be poolies.
FYI, I received three weeks notice from the hiring letter to the show for training. It really depends on wether you are in the first class or a later class. I believe the first class gets the shortest notice and as the training machine grinds to life the later classes have a more typical 3-4 weeks notice.
