Does anyone have experience with this...?? Tips... comments... any help appreciated.... We have a group goin this October ... really lookin forward to it... thought I'd see if anybody had some insight on what to expect... Thanks folks !

1) Bring LOTS of sunblock and aspirin. Or lots of bloody mary mix for the hair-of-the-dog. Also, go to Wal-Mart and get yourself the widest-brimmed straw hat you can find. Make sure it's got a loop for under your chin, or you won't have it long. A very comfortable, thin, cotton, long sleeve button down shirt would be a good idea as well. Unless you take precautions in the beginning, by the end you'll be cooked like a lobster.

2) If your routing to Tortola is thru SJU, ya better have a full fare ticket on the SJU-Tortola leg. Cape Air 402's only got 8 seats and ya prob ain't the only one tryin to non-rev. Best to go thru STT and buy a ferry ticket, ya got a better chance of getting there sooner.

3) Make sure at least ONE of you has some decent sailing experience. It ain't rocket science, but the entrance to Anegada, and even Bitter End requires some navigation around some pretty treacherous reefs.
