I found this a tad "interesting" -

Check out this story-King air 200 lands on a road in Tulsa with dual
engine out ..read the article "The pilot, Michael Hentges, said he should
have had plenty of fuel - but on approach to the airport, the needle
dropped to zero and the engines stopped."

Date of Medical : Mar, 2003
Class of Medical : 3
Expiration : Mar, 2005
Airman Certificates : Private Pilot
Airplane Single Engine Land
Airplane Multiengine Land
Instrument Airplane

I bet some can't wait for all those owner operators in the new light jet
category to start sharing the skies ...

Forget posting the address... He's an accident investigator, too, and already knows it's pilot error. Who needs the NTSB when we have 350driver on the case?

**CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**. You posted his address.

350DRIVE should take off the address, you don't know how long which archive engine or google will cache this for! 350DRIVE edit your post please!!!!!!!!!!!!

And what's wrong with a private pilot owning and flying a King Air? I know a few, and one that just sold his 200 to get a Citation Jr. He hired a pilot to help him fly that one, so that's one pilot job created.

Fly SAFE!

In all reality guys, the name of the pilot was mentioned in the article, and because of the freedom of information act, anybody can use his name and find out all his info from the FAA website or Landings.com. I don't know what the motive for posting the address was (if there was any at all) but the info is public domain, not private. If he wishes to make it private, all he has to do is call OK City.

IP- what would make one to think this could even possibly be pilot error? The thought never once crossed my mind. !

my point is that even if the pilot wanted to call OK city and get that removed it will be on the net for years come. I have websites that I have created since 1991 cached on some websites. Lets be nice now....
