Interesting Cessna Landing on US 1 in S FL

4 Miles N OF MARATHON, along the keys, you have 2 choices, either ditch in the sea (shallow water either side of US 1) , or take your chances landing on US 1, which only has single line road each direction. If you ever drove down to Key West, you would recognize these guys had balls what they just pulled of, especially at 730pm landing on US 1..lol

Wait, he landed on US 1! I have been down there twice and that takes serious balls with all the bumper to bumper traffic. Plus might he have landed on the old US 1 that was decomissioned?

Did they open the second set of bridges? Back when I was down in the Keyes, they were working on a 2nd set of bridges.

The end that isn't pictured ends in water. US 1 is on the far side of the airport (dunno why the grass is so brown in the picture tho).
