Just remember ...

without the union and an an official contract there is absolutely no reason for the company to get you home on the last day of your trip

that alone in the fractional business is giant for a pilot and his or her family

That is the truth!
Some just don’t believe it because it hasn’t happened to them yet, and fail to understand Management is playing nice with the Flex Pilots so they can have total control thru the decert. Management can’t wait to get total control so they can stop chartering whole aircraft for a month at a time.
