Dog, You must have missed something, I wasn't speaking about NJI Pay, But when it's all said and done, NJA pilot's will follow their pay scale, which is less than the NJI Captains in the same time frame. That's how I see it. Let me know what you think????

DD, that's why I'm asking for pay scales at NJI, so we can all see how the NJA pilots will be working for less. Please provide some support to the statements you have been making.

To answer on Dinger's behalf,

If I read the CBA pay scale correctly, on a 7-7 schedule (which, as you know, is all we presently offer), I currently make $26,000 a year more in base pay than a pilot of equivalent seniority at NJA on a more than 40,000# airplane.

Fortunately, the terms of the LOA prevent reductions in base pay once the terms of the CBA govern the NJI pilot group.

I'm interested to see how quickly B. O. implements the terms of the contract and what areas receive contractual relief for the NJI operation.

I just got back in the loop. Tks Gut for the reply, that's all I was talking about, as far as pay goes. I can't wait for all this to happen. I've been waiting for someone to speak for us, for a long time. Now NJASAP has their chance to make good on what they say will happen, to make things better . I also look forward to fly with some of those guy's with all that experience I've been hearing about!!!!!!

Hog, Yes I've changed my mind on the 2010 time table but, this is still going to take some time unless B.O. really get's in gear. The sooner the better as far as I'm concerned. How can this get any better, Man I love this place!!!!

Gut, how many years of service do you have at NJI, and do you believe that pilots at NJA with your same years of service could hold Gulfstream captain?
