I'm curious about what could be the lowest insurance minimums for a copilot position on a citation excel, citation VII or citation X for a part 91 operation.

Not competitive, but just for an idea of what I can expect in the next few years.

Minimum times vary from company to company, but you're almost guaranteed to have to go thru Simuflite or Flightsafety for SIC.
 
You will have to go to sim school, but with 1300 hours your probable not too far off. I'm thinking around 2000 tt, but it really depends how much time in type the Capt. has, and how good a relationship the company has with insurance. A lot of times you can get a waiver if the capt. has tons of time, even with as little as 1300 tt.
