Instrument Question

Okay, here's the deal. This semester I enrolled into Instrument ground school. I will probably have my private in Februaryish, and then I will automatically be enrolled into instrument flight training. Will it be hard to understand the material if I am not actually flying instruments? Thanks

Not if you understand the basics of attitude(instrument) flying and prepare for your classes properly.
