Instrument Procedures Sim

Anybody know of a free instrument procedures simulator for the computer? Nothing fancy, just something to use to keep up with procedures while not flying.

If you have specific issues with things like navaid tracking or holds, you might play around with one of these Java-based program:

Well no, not problems.... just stuff I would like to practice that I don't get very often in the air... Full procedure DME Arch to an ILS, shooting a missed, ndb approaches/holds, etc.

www.asa2fly.com free On-Top IFR pc sim demo, no restrictions except limited within 75 miles of Helena Montana. About a 10 meg download I think.

A screenshot below of the Beech 1900 landing on an ILS. Kind of unstabe to fly, if you can fly that you should be sharp on the gauges in real life.
