What is the deal with BE 33 Bonanza SingleEngine for Luftwaffe Instructor job out of Arizona? How much do they pay? Any perks?

38-41k their looking for high time instructors. They do get some jump seat priv. The epuipment is nice they have thier practice field w/ILS. I taught in the area a we were always dodgein' the "chello ponanzas". There is a post on Climb to 350 about the openings.
