I'd say a picture of a sandcastle depicting an airplane flying into a skyscraper, be it doctored or not, counts as being an aviation-related theme. You (and anyone else who reads this thread) weren't supposed to LIKE it, it was just something a friend sent me and I thought it was pertinent. And still do, for that matter.
