I haven't heard of too many on demand places where you don't go there, get your time, and then move on to a good 91 or airline job where QOL and benefits are an issue. Good luck.

They want folks who are current and qualified in the Cit III or, you pay your training and they'll use you. No bennies, 4 hard days/month. They're building a new hangar and should be finished early next year. Apparently, the previous CP took the type and promptly bailed on them...so they want any newbies to sign a year training contract.
