There are quite a few posts here and on other pilot forums, but the consensus is: Avoid them.

Sir.
With out getting into too many issues about Avionco. You are best advised to Steer Clear from them. Their Business Practice's are very questionable, and their month obligations are not always honored. There are many people that have posted on this forum that can attest to their lack of proper business Integrity, and i strongly advise you to do a thorougher search before you commit to any contract with them. I may save you alot of grief and frustration in the future.

Avionco Pay Warning

A warning to all prospective contract pilots considering working for Avionco Canada, Located in Calgary Canada. This company has one of the worst reputations in the industry and is infamous for either paying late or cheating many pilots out of their money for services performed. They will lie to you about having contracts, while you are sitting at home awaiting assignment and not getting paid for it. There are much better contracts out there with other companies than the Bombardier contract they will try to hook you and lead you on with. Hundreds of pilots and engineers can't be wrong! Do your self a favor and do some homework on these people before you engage them.
